Crystal Essences
Stones and crystals have been used in Chinese Medicine for thousands of years. I trained in this healing modality with renowned acupuncturist and 88th generation Daoist priest Jeffrey Yuen.
Crystals can be used for healing in a number of ways. They can be placed on the body during treatment, worn as a bracelet, ring or necklace, or simply held in one’s hand or placed in one’s immediate environment.
Use in the clinic
My preferred method of using stones is in the form of essences. These essences are made in the same way as the Bach flower essences, and I prescribe them either individually or in combination to accompany acupuncture treatment. I find them to be a simple way of accessing the beautiful properties of stones for healing and self-development.
Because I use the crystal essences closely alongside acupuncture, I ask that you attend two acupuncture treatments before I make you up a crystal essence bottle.
